These terms apply to the website fyrlov.com, run by Denis Fyrlov, an independent developer in New Zealand. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Content and ownership

© 2026 Denis Fyrlov. The game STRELKA, its name, logos, art, music, text and everything else on this site belong to Denis Fyrlov unless stated otherwise. Fonts and other third-party materials are used under their own licences.

Press and content creators may use the materials from the press kit for news coverage, reviews, previews and videos about the game. For anything else, please ask first.

Mature content

STRELKA is for adults (18+). It contains violence, blood, crude humour, smoking and alcohol. It is satire. All characters and places in the game are fictional, and any resemblance to real people is coincidental.

Third-party services and links

The site links to Steam, YouTube and social networks. Each of these services has its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work.

Strelka Publisher

Strelka Publisher is an internal tool the developer uses to post to his own accounts. It is not offered to the public. It uses YouTube API Services. By using Strelka Publisher you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. How it handles data is described in the privacy policy.

No warranties, limitation of liability

The site and its materials are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the materials on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction.
